Please make an appointment to discuss this with your doctor. It can be Face to face or telehealth, depending on when last seen.

We do standard 10-15 minutes appointments. Some services like health assessment, skin check, pap smear, or if you have a number of complex concerns to discuss with your GP, may need longer appointments.

As long as you have a pathology request form from your GP, no appointment is needed. Just visit the practice and see the onsite pathology collectors. Please check the Website for hours

Test results are only given to the patients through a face-to-face or telephone consult follow-up appointment.

No, admin staff cannot see the results, only whether they have come in or not.

We can give you an itemised invoice which you need to claim back from your insurance.

Appointments including telehealth appointments and home visits can be scheduled by calling the clinic on 03 9114 3800, or by booking online through our website or HotDoc. Standard appointments are 15 minutes long, please inform reception if you require a longer appointment. Every
effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP, and for you to be seen on time.
