Dr. Hawa Yasir graduated from Monash University in 2009 and gained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019. She is a caring and thorough GP who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

She enjoys all aspects of general practice, with special interests in preventative health, children’s health, skin cancer screening, and minor skin procedures. Dr. Hawa is also trained in contraceptive procedures, including Implanon insertion, and is committed to supporting patients through all stages of life with empathy and clinical excellence.

Prior to becoming a GP, she gained valuable experience across various hospital settings, which has helped shape her well-rounded and compassionate approach to healthcare. She also completed her GP training in rural Victoria, developing a strong foundation in community-based medicine.

Dr. Hawa is fluent in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia), allowing her to offer culturally inclusive care to a diverse patient population.
